CLOS DE TART GRAND CRU MONOPOLE
The Morey-St-Denis wine comes from young vines (up to around six years old) on the Clos de Tart estate, and is a label introduced by Artemis, producing just two barrels. Silky, seductive, with great balance, this shows fleshy, silky, easy to love, raspberry and redcurrant fruits, with a mineral, saline, mouthwatering edge. Stainless steel vinification. This is the first certified organic vintage, continuing the programme set in place by Jacques Devauges, who was at the property until 2019, now replaced by Alessandro Noli. For me this is one of the buys of the tasting, and no need to wait too long to get stuck in.
