Jasper MORRIS, Inside Burgundy


Made using the youngest vines of four or five years, such as the replacement plants for dead vines. From next year they will have the whole of the Cabotte section of Clos de Tart, which was planted in 2018. Two barrels worth for now. Deep black purple. The bouquet is not yet really established, though the dark fruit is showing some Clos de Tart character in a minor key. No great length but a very considerable weight of fruit. Liquorice touch at the finish. To bottle in January.
